While styling my wardrobe has always come naturally, styling my hair is anything but the sort. I find myself craving short hair one day, long the next, yet never really having the tools or talents to achieve my "hair" goals. This constant battle is exhausting. I was about to give up until I met Tracy from Teeze Hair Design. She truly has saved my locks and lifted me out of the rut I was deeply in.

I was introduced to Tracy through her sister Nicole. Nicole and I became fast friends when our daughters started school together. When Nicole mentioned her sister, I knew I had to give her a try. Nicole's hair always looked spectacular and I was desperate for a hair intervention! It was time to find a consistent hairdresser who could guide and bring some life back to my hair.

Teeze Hair Design is a cozy boutique salon located in Oakland, New Jersey. Tracy prides her salon on providing clients with a relaxed and welcoming environment and that was clearly evident upon entering. Tracy was amazing from the start. She took the time to discuss my options and offered advice and suggestions on what would look best. I immediately could tell that she was not a novice. She had years of experience and training and had certainly honed her craft. I was excited for her to work her magic! Not only was I overly ecstatic with the finished product, but I was equally impressed with her professionalism, on trend products, and easygoing demeanor. Our conversation was so natural. She genuinely took the time to get to know me and that was refreshing. That first appointment was the beginning of my hair evolution!

Over the past few years, Tracy has become more than my hairdresser. She is my friend! We have bonded over all things pop culture and reminisce often about 90210. #TeamDylanBrenda. There's never lack of conversation when I am sitting in her salon chair. She has transformed my hair, encouraged me to keep it long, and has taught me how to style it on my own!! Lastly, she introduced me to The BeachWaver, which has literally saved my life!!! Blogging requires lots of pictures, so my hair has to look decent everyday. The BeachWaver makes that happen. I simply press a button and it does the rest!!! I can always count on her to highlight, cut, and style my hair perfectly. She continues to study and take classes often and is always implementing new and innovative techniques into her work.
